In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. When the victory of Allah has come and the conquest. And you see the people entering into the religion of Allah in multitudes. Then glorify with the praise of your Lord and ask His forgiveness. Indeed, He is ever Accepting of repentance.
Note: Sheikh Redwan's verification for Majmu'ah ar-Rasa'il (Al-Ma'thurat chapter), footnote no. 91 states: They entered the faith in crowds and multitudes, whereas prior to the conquest of Mecca they came individually. Arabs came willingly to meet the Prophet from all regions.

He replied: Yes. The Prophet said: "(It is equivalent to) a quarter of the Quran." Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, who graded it hasan.
