Glory be to You, O Allah, and praise be to You. I bear witness that there is no god but You. I seek Your forgiveness and I repent to You.
Note: Sheikh Redwan's verification for Majmu'ah ar-Rasa'il (Al-Ma'thurat chapter), footnote no. 115 states: Narrated from Jubayr ibn Mut'im (r.a.): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever says: 'Glory and praise be to You, O Allah; I bear witness that there is no god but You; I seek Your forgiveness and repent to You' during a gathering of remembrance, it acts like a seal stamped upon it; and whoever recites it in a gathering of vanity, it serves as expiation for its sins." Narrated by al-Nasa'i, al-Tabarani, al-Hakim, and others.
