Narrator: Ali ibn Abi Talib (r.a.) — mawquf
رَوَيْنَا فِي حِلْيَةِ الْأَوْلِيَاءِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: مَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يَكْتَالَ بِالْمِكْيَالِ الْأَوْفَى، فَلْيَقُلْ فِي آخِرِ مَجْلِسِهِ — أَوْ حِينَ يَقُومُ —: {سُبْحَانَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ الْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ * وَسَلَامٌ عَلَى الْمُرْسَلِينَ * وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ}.
Ali (r.a.) said: “Whoever would love to be measured with the fullest measure, let him say at the end of his gathering — or when he rises —: ‘Exalted is your Lord, the Lord of might, above what they describe. And peace be upon the messengers. And praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds.’”

Its wording is Quranic (al-Saffat: 180–182); what is reported from Ali (r.a.) is the practice of making it the close of a gathering.
